  • Please limit each request (permit) to one building.  If you request multiple buildings at a time, the request will be denied.
  • You can now edit or cancel your event after it's been approved!  The following fields can be edited: Event Name, Other Needs, Group Size, or Cancel the Event.  In your Event History, click on the Pencil to make changes.

 

Cancellations must be emailed to FacilityRentals@waukesha.k12.wi.us with the name of the organization, the dates/time being canceled, and the person’s name that is requesting the cancellation.
